Ingredients
1-2 smoked meat selections (turkey legs/thighs, ham hocks)*
1/2 an onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic (or 1 healthy tbsp Jarlic!}
1 bunch each of turnip, mustard, and collard greens
1/2 tbsp Blackety Blackened
2 cups chicken Stock**
2 tbsp your choice cooking oil
salt & pepper to taste
